Adidas, Trafford Park, Manchester
Services: The procurement of all utility works including Procurement of all utility infrastructure works including including site clearance, diversions and new supplies. We successfully re-negotiated the Electrical Point of Connection, reducing the costs by over 50%.
Regeneration project in Paddington, London
Services: Assistance with Feasibility and Masterplannng. Procurement of all utility infrastructure works including site clearance, diversions and new supplies. Electricity infrastructure costs reduced to £3.2m from £8.4m.
Stonebridge Park Urban Regeneration, London
Services: The provision of strategic utilities to support the complex phasing of the regeneration project. Procurement of all utility infrastructure works including site clearance, diversions and new supplies.
Chapel Wharf, Salford, Manchester
Services: Procurement of new Electrical Infrastructure. We successfully procured optimum costs and programme and with the introduction of competition 30% cost savings realised.
New Shopping Centre, Canterbury, Kent
Services: We reviewed the electrical infrastructure costs and recovered rebates from the Host Network Operator. The costs recovered equated to 18% of the initial capital expenditure.
Data Centre in Central London
Services: We successfully negotiated and procured new 33kV incoming diverse supplies. The project is part of a major network re-inforcement programme and is being delivered on time.
Data Centre in Berkshire
Services: We successfully procured the 4MVA secondary power supply. The Incumbnet DNO costs were £1.9m. With the introduction of competition the project has been secured for £1.5m.
Brindley Place, Birmingham
Services: We reviewed the electrical infrastructure costs and recovered rebates from the Host Network Operator. The costs recovered equated to 16% of the initial capital expenditure.
Data Centre in Essex
Services: We have successfully negotiated the upgrade to 16MVA at no cost, and an agreement to upgrade to 30MVA at minimal costs. The final upgrade is dependent upon reinforcement of the National Grid requiring close liaison with incumbent DNO and National Grid.
Town Centre regeneration project, Merseyside
Services: We successfully negotiated with the incumbent network operators the costs and programme for major reinforcement schemes to provide utility infrastructure to the area. A self financing solution was realised for the new electrical infrastructure. This required no capital expenditure by the client, and apportioned costs are charged to each development parcel.
Data Centre in Herts
Services: We successfully procured the electricity supplies with significant savings realised. With the introduction of competition and realising the asset value, a £6m cost reduction and 18 months saved on the programme was realised.

Services: The incumbent DNO advised costs of £12.1m. We agreed a revised solution for the supplies. This combines with the introduction of competition and realising the asset value, savings of £3.5m of costs and 15 months of programme were delivered.

Services: We provided strategic advise on phasing and masterplanning to ensure that the utility infrastructure installed met with the requirements of all future phases. We procured and managed the diversions, disconnections and new supplies.
Data Centre in Herts
Services: In advance of development we successfully procured the phased 36MVA 33kV power supply. The Incumbent DNO costs were £21.7m. With the introduction of competition for the contestable works, challenging the non-contestable costs and realising the asset value costs were reduced by £9.92m to £11.78m.
Technical space for a FTSE 100 Stock Exchange, London
Services: The Incumbent DNO advised very limited, if any, spare capacity in the existing networks. We successfully negotiated and secured a power upgrade to 4.5MVA and a new power supply of 4.6MVA.
